This new build was lacking some warmth and coziness (swipe for before). The large, open-concept living room needed a focal point to ground the space. To bring in some texture and warmth, we incorporated natural materials like stone, wood, and brass. We also bumped out the walls to create built-ins and a fireplace, giving the room more depth and making these features feel intentional. To top it off, we added accent picture lights for that extra sparkle and mood lighting✨

So fresh and so clean. What an upgrade from that gross, old, leaky, pivoting shower door and fiberglass surround (it’s my parent’s house, I’m allowed to call it gross). Taking out that fiberglass surround with the built in shelves and bench freed up so much space, now it feels much larger. Just waiting on the new glass door and some finishing touches 👌
